Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• You received the wrong product
• The product is missing components as listed in the box contents

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Product opened and used
• Damage caused by misuse or incorrect use
• Return request made after 7 days of delivery

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the damaged/defective product. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via:

• Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — for prepaid orders
• UPI transfer — for prepaid orders
• COD orders — refund via bank transfer to your provided account

Warranty Claims

All products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim with your order number and proof of purchase.
