Unbox & Inspect

Check all components are present. Clean the device parts with mild soap and water before first use. Dry thoroughly.

Fit the Base Ring

Place the base ring (support ring) at the base of the flaccid penis. Ensure it is comfortable — not too tight. Never use if uncomfortable.

Attach the Extension Bars

Connect the extension bars to the base ring. Start with the shortest bar setting for the first 2 weeks to allow your body to adapt.

Secure the Comfort Strap

Place the silicone comfort strap or noose around the glans (head). Adjust so it is secure but not cutting circulation. Add foam pad if needed.

Adjust Tension

Turn the adjustment screws on the extension bars equally to add traction. Start at the lowest comfortable tension — never force extension beyond comfort.

Wear & Monitor

Wear for 2–4 hours per session initially. Remove if you feel numbness, pain, or discoloration. Take a 5-minute break every hour.
